The existing terrace was stripped out and add new basement level with new balcony and spa added. Magical views up and down the coast of Newcastle on each level. The clients wanted a very modern, clean & contemporary look with interiors muted so that the ocean views could take centre stage. All areas look out over the iconic Newcastle Ocean Baths and the Corey Hole & epic ocean views beyond. A very special site to work on require the highest level of finishes and detailing to ensure the house withstands the harsh ocean envorinment well into the future. The footings are super engineered to ensure the house doesn't move an inch as the area is well know for land slip.
