Fishing Point

Now under construction a lakefront project on Lake Macquarie on a very steep site. An existing boat shed on site was kept and the new luxury house over 3 levels steps up the site with lift access. The high ceiling on the upper floor make sure the gentle breezes and light flow through the open plan living area.
